Once we ship your package, we will send you an email with the status of your order, along with a tracking number, so you may monitor the status of your package online with the carrier.


We recommend that you verify the customs policy of the country in which you will be receiving your purchase, as it varies from country to country.

 All items are hand made and unique, therefore they may vary slightly from the images.

* We do not accept returns due to the nature that every piece of our jewelry is custom made.

No refunds available . Unless~ 

If by any chance you changed your mind about the order you’ve been placed in the 24 hours you will be refunded full price, after 24 hour you will be charge on amount of 7% of the total jewelry price.

Please return your jewelry within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, and/or undamaged in his original package. 

 Jewelry must be returned in a secure, well-wrapped envelope to avoid damage to the jewelry during shipping, and must be sent via Certified mail .

 we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.

 Shipping  time worldwide takes approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the destination. 

*  International shipping:

Please Note: Shipping rates are calculated on the basis of destination. All additional taxes, customs, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do however do our best to minimize your costs upon arrival to your country. These delivery timeframes do not include the production time mentioned above and only cover time in transit. If your order is time sensitive, please email us at makmeldesign@gmail.com so we can further assist in expediting your order if possible.

Tracking Your Order international: 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or text. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent into production. As soon as your order has finished production, you will receive a second email with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

 

* What is your repair policy?
  We will repair any design purchased through makmeldesign.com                             

Please include your name, contact information, and a brief description of what needs to be fixed. We will contact you once it arrives at the studio to review details and charge for repair.

All re braid fees depend on the style of braid. Please email makmeldesign@gmail.com for exact pricing of particular styles.

Any item that needs to be soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

If an item was purchased at another retailer, please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from.

  Please note: Because our items are made by hand with specially selected stones and other elements, we may not be able to repair older styles due to unavailable components.

 

* Do you do custom orders?

  You can customize any of the pieces you see on makmeldesign.com!

By changing the color, stone, metal, and size you can create a one of a kind piece for yourself or to gift
